Efficient and effective financial analysis and credit risk assessment by:.General Reconciliation and Compliance Activities at their level, which may typically include:.Ensure to maintain periodic follow up on issues risk identified in the CST & KRI.Meet turnaround times as per the Service Level agreements and productivity standards.Monitoring & Clearing outstanding items in the workflow system under your respective branch.Ensure that the unit operates in accordance with the Group Guidelines and within risk parameters using standardized procedures and processes to ensure that the best practices are always adopted and migrated.Pending documents held for scanning and completion of the workflow tasks to be updated in the Department Pending Tracker daily.Attending to queries via email/letters/Branches/call centre etc.Handle queries, investigations and complaints efficiently.Document delivery acknowledgements pertaining to workflow tasks / counter functions and other supporting documents retained at branch level to be archived every three months.Documents pertaining to completed workflow tasks to be sent for filling daily.Responsible to handle document reconciliation for scanned images on a daily basis.Key Custodianship – As per Key Custodianship Letter.Workflow(WF) scanning :Perform Fort Branch document scanning in workflow system upon verifying the completeness of the documents (CASA & CCPL Account opening and maintenance requests).Checking and verification of Client signatures.All uncollected deliverables to be returned to Retail Operations Unit by 4.30pm daily. Managing/Handling all deliverables under Counter functions: such as release of debit/credit Cards, BP vouchers, Debit card PINs, Balance confirmation & Visa Letters, Duplicate statements and other deliverables to customers or authorised 3rd parties upon complete verifications.Assist customers with their banking needs as appropriate.Greet and Welcome customers, directing them to the relevant area, for transactions.Deliver quality service while carrying out the following for customers:.This in turn helps us to provide better support to our broad client base.
